Nicole Small, CRNP graduated from Norfolk State University in 2014 with her bachelor's in nursing science and has worked in many specialties including: pediatrics, home health, care coordination, and family medicine. While pursuing her masters in nursing she worked as a practice manager in Glen Burnie. She completed her master's in nursing at Coppin State University College in 2023. She holds national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Nicole's philosophy on care is patient-centered, personalized, using a team approach and she committed to excellence in patient care. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys traveling aboard with her husband and family.
